SMOOCHTHELABEL.COM is not responsible for any lost mail. All items are dispatched at Singpost Paya Lebar within 2-3 working days from date of order. Customers are strongly recommended to opt for registered mail for an ease of mind. A Flat Fee of $1 is charged for local shipping and $3.50 for registered mail.
We do not have a Returns policy. Please note that exchanges/credit notes are only available on a case-by-case basis.
Unless an item is no longer in stock, we do not entertain refunds under any circumstances.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, you'll be pleased to know that we allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis and subjected to item availability.

Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item & items will be returned. Items must not have been washed/worn and must be in brand new condition with tag intact.

SMOOCHTHELABEL.COM will not accept returns or exchanges for any items without the original clothing label, or returned items that are damaged, soiled, worn or washed. Please note that in all cases of return and exchange, customers bear the shipping costs incurred in mailing the items back. SMOOCHTHELABEL.COM will only bear postage costs incurred if we mailed the wrong item out.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and successfully processed. We will not be responsible for any lost mail during this return process
Credit Notes may be issued in the event there are no suitable items for exchange upon meeting exchange conditions. Credit Notes are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable. SMOOCHTHELABEL.COM does not accept cancellations or offer refunds under any circumstances in whole or part thereof once payment of the original purchase has been made and the Credit Note is issued.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Loose threads are also not considered damaged.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided.
We will send a replacement item at our cost after a thorough quality check. All faulty items must be returned in its original packaging with all garment tags and labels intact, unused and unwashed.

If the item is in stock, we will mail the replacement item, spare envelope and spare stamps for you to return the defective item back to us with no charge incurred from your side.
All defective items to be returned to SMOOCHTHELABEL.COM must be done so within 14 working days upon receipt of the replacement item.
In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Sale items are non-exchangeable/ returnable. Please refer to the measurements for sizing guide.
1) Estimated Arrival dates for different items will differ and are usually stated under the item description.
2) There may be delays for the backorder items due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process or inadequacies on the factorys' side etc. Sometimes when one supplier rejects an order, we'll source for another supplier to complete the order. This is because Smooch's first priority is to ensure our customers will not be disappointed.
3) No refunds will be issued once payment for the backorder has closed, regardless of reason. In the event there is insufficient quantity or defects upon backorder items' arrival, a full refund will be made to the customer within 4 working days.
4) No combination of orders will be allowed for backorder items. Items will be shipped out according to the arrival dates.

Customers who opt for Normal Mail ($1 postage) will receive instock item first, if their order consists of an instock item and a backorder item.
Customers who opt for Normal Mail ($1 postage) will receive their backorder items by normal mail according to their arrival dates.
Customers who opt for Registered Mail ($3.50 postage) will receive their complete order only when the last item arrives.
5) The dates of arrival stated are based on estimation. The exact dates of arrival will be made known to the customers once they are confirmed.
6) Slight colour discrepancy for the backorder items and instock items may be present. Do only join the backorder if you are comfortable with it.
We currently do not accept exchanges or refunds on items bought from our online store. However, you may be assured your items will be checked thoroughly before mailing them out to you. Should there be any discrepancy,we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer. Specifically, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be refunded and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned. The postage costs of envelopes will not be refunded.
You may choose to re-use the envelope the item was originally packed in if you are uncomfortable with using your own. Postage will be sent out via normal mail. Should you wish to opt otherwise, please inform us.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items are packed securely and sealed properly when returning to us. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
SMOOCHTHELABEL reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and anr exchange will not be granted.
